Take 5 minutes of your day to imagine you being or accomplishing your goal.. For example: 
  •      To be happy
  •      Achieving a goal
  •      Being a calm parent
  •      Responding with less frustration
  •      Having energy

What would that look like if all your problems/concerns disappeared?  Imagine that. you are already being. or completing your goal.  

Imagining your goal through visualization begins to plant "seeds" into your brain to achieve.   

Subconscious Mind
